   Listing information: Vehicle details, price, photos, and location you provide when creating a listing.
   Location data: If you enable location-based search, we collect your approximate location (via your browser, with your permission) to show nearby listings and enable distance-based search. This is processed through our map provider, Mapbox subject to their own privacy policy.
   Messages: Content of messages you send to other users through the Platform’s messaging system.
   Payment information: If you pay a listing fee, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
   Usage data: Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and site functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
   We use the information above to:
   Operate and maintain the Platform
   Display your listings to other users
   Enable messaging between buyers and sellers
   Process listing fee payments
   Enforce our Terms of Service and investigate reported listings
   Improve the Platform’s functionality
   We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
   We rely on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
   Stripe — payment processing
   Mapbox — location search and mapping
   DreamHost — website hosting and data storage
4. Data Retention
   We retain your account information and listing history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
